At Urban Gym Wear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your gym wear in its original packaging if possible, attach the generated shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
